We personally inspect and manage every aspect—from cleaning, maintenance, and guest communication to listing creation, optimization, and more—treating your property as if it were our own. REMOTE BOOKING CO-HOSTING

  • This is a team effort where we take on many aspects of hosting and you handle others. We work together to optimize your property’s success.

    • Help you set up your TPT license, city/county STR licensing, and verify compliance with local ordinances (Optional)

    • Create, update, and manage online listing(s)

    • Manage and update photos (professional-quality photos provided by you)

    • Set optimized and competitive nightly rates (Optional) 

    • Manage Bookings

    • Accept or decline trip requests

    • Respond to guest messages, questions, and concerns

    • Coordinate guest arrival and departure, including early check-in and late checkout

    • Provide information about property access

    • Help guests during their stay, including explaining house rules and basic troubleshooting (for example, helping them find the vacuum, explaining how to use the fireplace, and giving detailed checkout instructions)

    • Write guest reviews (with input from you and/or cleaners)

    • Offer insight, expertise, and information to help you optimize your listing, marketing, and revenue

    • Guide you when unforeseen issues and obstacles arise

  • $400 per month flat fee.

    No Setup Costs.

LOCAL CONCIERGE AND CLEANING CO-HOSTING

  • This is a team effort where we take on many aspects of hosting and you handle others. We work together to optimize your property’s success.

    • Help you setup your TPT license, city/county STR licensing, and verify compliance with local ordinances (Optional)

    • Be your local emergency contact for the city/county

    • Physically help guests get into the property if they have trouble

    • Replenish linens, blankets, pillows, towels, and any consumables (things like paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, shampoos, sunscreens, bottled water, cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc-- any items you want to stock for guests)

    • Monitor and change water filters, air conditioning/furnace filters, and light bulbs, as needed

    • Arrange and monitor yard, spa, and fireplace maintenance services

    • Arrange and monitor cleaning services

    • Snow removal (where applicable)

    • Garbage removal

    • Assist you any time you need to use Aircover or STR insurance coverage for damages caused by guests 

    • Communicate with guests whenever there are damages

    • Physically check your property on a routine basis so that you can feel confident and secure that your property is taken care of

  • 10% of Booking Revenue + Cleaning Fees.

  • This option is hands-off for you! We do all the heavy lifting while you earn passive income!

    • Help you set up your TPT license, city/county STR licensing, and verify compliance with local ordinances (Optional)

    • Create, update, and manage online listing(s)

    • Manage and update photos (professional-quality photos provided by you)

    • Set optimized and competitive nightly rates 

    • Manage Bookings

    • Ensure that the entire property, inside and out, is ready for the next guests

    • Be your local emergency contact for the city/county

  • 20% of Booking Revenue + Cleaning Fees.

    $200 Setup for an Existing Listing / $375 Setup for a New Listing.

  • High-quality listing photos can attract up to 20% more bookings and command higher nightly rates compared to listings with non-professional photos.

    Potential guests tend to skip over listings with poor lighting or unappealing photos, even if the property itself is beautiful​. So, Professionally staging and photography is a solid investment.

    We work with the very best real estate photographers in Northern Arizona, and will be happy to arrange a photo upgrade for your listing, and your request.
